  • Yes! Fencing is considered as one of the safer sports and has a relative low risk of injury, with the right gear, proper training, and good sense. It is ranked as the 8th safest Olympic sport.

  • Anyone! We do recommend smaller kids (younger than 8) to try out our 60 minute class. Older kids and adults can take a trial class as well and sign up for our longer classes.

  • Proper workout shoes, sneakers, water bottle, work out clothes. For those just starting, we will provide fencing gear.

  • We offer different classes for different skill levels. Children under 8 yrs can sign up for one 60 minute class each week, while other beginners are welcome to sign up for two 90 minute group lessons per week. For our advanced fencers, we also offer two 180 min classes each week. Please go to our classes page for more information.

  • Group lessons help build basic fencing skills with footwork, reflex exercises, and stamina building. There are also open bouting sessions available for those who want the full experience.
